Blossoming Kindness is a mindful initiative aimed at cultivating kindness in children, schools and communities as a whole; using different educational, engaging and social emotional learning tools. Our main focus is raising kindful awareness and consciousness in younger generations. The main three pillars of our Kindfulness practices are kindness to oneself, kindness to others and kindness to nature (including animals and environment). It's scientifically proven that the practice of kindfulness nurtures a much-needed wave of awareness, empathy, compassion, resilience, tolerance and wellbeing. Blossoming Kindness started off with a children’s book “Blossoming Kindness: The Many Faces of Kindfulness" and branched out to creating school programmes and interactive products to engage a wider audience.

Yasmine is always in a boundless search of ways to make this world a kinder, more peaceful place for this and future generations. From adopting quirky homeless cats to instilling the benefits of meditation in her home, she aims to surround her two daughters and their motley crew with different acts of compassion and kindness every day.

Along her journey, she has come to discover the abundant benefits of the passion she now shares with her children. It is in this spirit that Yasmine writes – to share, to inspire and to motivate.

A self-confessed learner, her future plans include starting a foundation to support the education of less fortunate children; keeping her daily gratitude journal brimming with appreciation and to continue her path of enlightenment.
